When I think of PHENOM, I think of the words “Phenomenal Athlete.” In my opinion, a phenomenal athlete is a person who puts forth hard work and dedication thru perseverance, determination and discipline. Since I’ve been encouraging all my athletes to sign up for the PHENOM High School Core Training Program, we have experienced a great deal of success throughout our track and field seasons. Not only that, it gave my athletes a chance to get ahead in their preseason conditioning so that they could produce outstanding performances in achieving there personal goals. Knowing there athletic benefits of the three dimensional speed, power, strength, agility and endurance training, it’s the kind of program that will take and athlete to the next level for his/her up incoming season of competition.
